No drone experience required; a hands‑on mechanical or electrical aptitude is key. Start at 30 hours per week, moving to 40 hours within 30 days, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assemble drone components following work instructions, diagrams, and video guides.
• Install mechanical systems: hoses, nozzles, CF tubing, motors.
• Run basic wiring and electrical connections per print.
• Perform routine service, inspections (15-point), nozzle replacements, and consumables.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues — shop & field.
• Potentially fly, diagnose, and test drones as skills develop.
