Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Experience in aviation/aerospace/defense is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Solder PCBs to IPC and quality standards.
• Test electrical equipment and perform mechanical assembly.
• Assemble payloads and wire harnesses.
• Assist in prototyping and setting up tests with Engineering.
• Support in QA inspections and part documentation.
