Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out impressive drone shows in Germany and abroad – independently as well as in a team
• Handle flight preparation, conduct risk assessments, and evaluate sites in accordance with current regulations
• Take responsibility for technical inspection, maintenance, and calibration of our drone systems before, during, and after operations
• Document missions according to STS standards (flight log, log data, etc.) and ensure proper follow-up
• Work closely with our project and event team to guarantee smooth operations at events
• Support the further development of our flight systems and actively contribute new ideas and improvements

Your profile:

• Valid EU certificate of competence A1/A2/A3, ideally with an STS certificate (e.g. STS-01 or STS-02)
• Experience working with professional multicopter systems – ideally also in planning and carrying out complex flights
• Technical understanding of flight control, battery technology, and logistics
• Careful, responsible way of working – remaining calm and solution-oriented even under event pressure
• Willingness to travel, team spirit, and flexibility are a given for you
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (for reports, planning, documentation)
