Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent and motivated Level 1 Pilot to join our team. The Level 1 Pilot will be responsible for conducting various drone operations, including construction progression capture and stockpile capture, as well as maintaining equipment and participating in ongoing training.This position is typically Monday through Friday

Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construction Progression Capture:
• Conduct regular aerial surveys to document and monitor construction site progress.
• Capture high-quality images and videos to provide detailed visual reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely data collection.
• Stockpile Capture:
• Perform drone flights to capture images of stockpiles for volume calculations and inventory management.
• Process and analyze the captured data to generate detailed reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all stockpile measurements.
• Vehicle Upkeep:
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of company vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Report any issues or needed repairs to the appropriate personnel.
• Keep vehicles clean and organized.
• Shop Upkeep:
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop area.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are properly stored and in good working order.
• Assist in managing inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Drone Upkeep:
• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of drones to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with drone equipment.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with the latest drone technology and industry practices.
• Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses.
• Share knowledge and skills with other team members to promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operating drones for photography, surveying, or similar applications.
• Strong technical skills in drone operation and data processing software.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, surveying, or a related field.
• Familiarity with photogrammetry and GIS (Geographic Information Systems) software.
• Technical background or education in a relevant field.
