What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate simulated radar displays and voice communication systems to emulate pilot actions in training exercises
- Respond to voice commands from students and simulate pilot actions in accordance with ATC terminology
- Complete required certifications, including classroom and lab performance as a Remote Pilot Operator
- Collaborate with instructors and other team members to enhance training effectiveness
- Ensure accurate communication and operation within the air traffic control training simulator

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and manuals
- Clear verbal communication skills to ensure understanding
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary team, including roles such as Multimedia Developers and Quality Assurance
- Certification in ATC Tower, TRACON, or En Route simulation lab
- Familiarity with FAAO JO 7110.65 regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Basic understanding of pilot/controller communication and phraseology
