TEAL DRONES INC in Salt Lake City is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to build, test, and assemble drones on the production line. You will work with technicians and engineers to follow procedures, run inspections, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires concentration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting production targets. The position is on-site with day or evening shifts, offering opportunities for skill development and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately and safely.
• Proficient with basic computer and office tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire proficiency in diverse assembly procedures for Teal products.
• Conduct system testing and quality inspections in production.
• Use manual and automated equipment to meet requirements.
• Support material disposition and tracking within production.
• Perform quality inspections on PCBs and components.
• Assemble products and sub-components with tests for acceptance.
• Adhere to production guidelines and specifications.
• Complete product assembly from start to finish per procedures.
• Identify defective materials and perform yield analysis.
• Communicate progress and work toward production goals.
• Collaborate closely with team members and engineers.
• Recommend procedure changes for continuous improvement.
