Job summary

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to hands-on manufacture, assemble, and test drones in our Salt Lake City production facility, following defined procedures to ensure quality and safety.

You will work with technical leads, supervisors, and engineers to build subassemblies, perform tests, document results, and identify opportunities for process improvements while meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and testing preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Detail-oriented with strong reliability and learning mindset.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Assemble drones and components on the production line.
• Perform system testing and quality inspections.
• Operate manual and automated equipment as required.
• Track materials and support manufacturing processes.
• Maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
• Collaborate with team leads and engineers to improve processes.
• Identify defective materials and participate in yield analysis.
• Meet production schedules and communicate progress.
