Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols in retail areas and perimeters.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, shoplifting, hazards, and policy violations; report observations.
• Assist with access control, visitor guidance, and incident documentation.
