Coastline Academy is seeking licensed driving instructors to teach in Coastline vehicles. You will guide students—primarily teens and adults—through practical driving skills, safety practices, and road rules, culminating in confident, capable drivers.

Training is provided, and our team emphasizes safety, professionalism, and ongoing development while aligning schedules with student availability in the afternoons and weekends.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for helping people learn and stay calm while learners gain skills.
• Patience and the ability to stay composed as students practice driving.
• Clear communication and real coaching instincts.
• Valid driver's license in the state you want to work in and 10+ years licensed driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving skills from parking lots to freeway merges.
• Coach students on road rules.
• Build confidence and competence.
• Take control of the vehicle when situations require it.
• Document and report progress of each student.
• Stay in close, timely communication with your supervisor and support team.
• Show up for team meetings, updates and ongoing development.
