Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the state you will work
• At least 5 years of licensed driving experience
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and reference check
• Strong safety mindset and calm under pressure
• Clear, direct communication and coaching instincts

Responsibilities

• Teach driving skills in Coastline vehicles across parking lots, highways, and urban roads
• Coach students on the rules of the road and safe driving habits
• Document and report each student's progress to supervisors
• Stay in close communication with your supervisor and support team
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing development
