Coastline Academy in California is expanding its team of driving instructors. You’ll teach in Coastline vehicles, guiding teens and adults to develop safe driving habits and road confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Our cars are company-provided and fitted with safety features; we cover your licensing coursework and certification costs, and each lesson is recorded for safety and feedback. You’ll work afternoons and weekends when students are available, with a structured training path totaling 60

Qualifications

• Patience and clear communication for coaching teen and adult learners.
• Strong safety mindset and sound judgment under pressure.
• Willingness to pass background and drug screens; align with program rules.

Responsibilities

• Teach driving skills in company-provided Coastline vehicles.
• Coach students on road rules and safe handling across scenarios.
• Document and report each student’s progress to supervisor.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing development.
