Koa Maintenance & Cleaning is seeking a reliable Driver to join our team in Hawaii. The Driver will transport team members between locations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The role requires flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include operating company vehicles, route planning, vehicle maintenance, and accurate record-keeping. A valid license and clean driving record are essential, with prior driving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Driver or similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Safely operate company-owned vans and other designated vehicles, adhering to all traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
• Maintain and fuel vehicles as needed, keeping them clean and in good working condition.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to identify any issues or potential risks.
• Keep accurate records of drop-offs and pick-ups using appropriate tracking systems or paperwork.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure successful transportation.
• Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and protocols, including those related to safety, security, and confidentiality.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and development opportunities.

Pay
