Job summary

Koa Maintenance & Cleaning is hiring a dependable Part-Time Cleaner / Driver to join our Kalihi and McCully locations. The role blends facility cleaning with transportation, requiring you to operate company vehicles and keep facilities safe and welcoming.

You will handle routes between sites, perform routine vehicle checks, and maintain records, while also sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous driving or janitorial experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vans and other designated vehicles
• Transport team members to and from assigned work locations
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure fuel levels are adequate
• Keep accurate transportation records as required
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Restock restroom supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities
• Assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned

What You'll Do

As a Cleaner / Driver, you'll play an important role in supporting our daily operations by:

Transportation Responsibilities

Compensation
