Job summary

Prismhr Hire in Hawaii seeks a reliable Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will transport team members between locations, safely operating company vans and maintaining vehicles.

You will plan routes, keep records, and provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety policies. Availability on days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Driver or similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Able to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned vans and other designated vehicles, adhering to traffic rules and safety protocols.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
• Maintain and fuel vehicles, keeping them clean and in good condition.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles.
• Keep accurate records of drop-offs and pick-ups using tracking systems or paperwork.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure successful transportation.
• Address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety/confidentiality protocols.
• Continuously update job knowledge through training and development opportunities.
• All other duties assigned.
