Job summary

Prismhr Hire seeks a reliable Driver to join our team in Hawaii. You will transport team members between locations, ensure safety, and provide excellent customer service. A valid license and clean driving record are required, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You will plan routes, maintain vehicles, log deliveries, and coordinate with teammates to ensure timely transportation. You’ll adhere to safety policies and participate in ongoing training to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Experience as a Driver or similar role preferred.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned vans and other designated vehicles, adhering to traffic rules, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up.
• Maintain and fuel vehicles as needed, keeping them clean and in good working condition.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to identify issues.
• Keep accurate records of drop-offs and pick-ups using tracking systems or paperwork.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure successful transportation.
• Address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety, security, and confidentiality protocols.
• Continuously update job knowledge by participating in training and development opportunities.
• All other duties assigned.
