Allcare Transportation Services in Raleigh, NC is hiring drivers for non-emergency medical transportation. This role supports both full-time and part-time positions, focusing on timely pickups, safe transport to medical appointments, and excellent customer service.

Applicants must have a valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record, be 25 or older, and hold a current BLS certification. Experience in NEMT is preferred and mobility-aid assistance is required.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Experience transporting clients in NEMT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick up clients from home or care facilities in a timely manner.
• Safely transport clients to medical appointments, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities.
• Ensure comfort, safety, and timely arrival of passengers while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist passengers with boarding, disembarking, and securing mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers).
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients' comfort and well-being while transported.
• Perform vehicle inspection prior to the start of every shift to ensure the vehicle is clean and well maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
• Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.

We provide safe, reliable and compassionate transportation services for individuals who need assistance traveling to and from medical appointments. Job Responsibilities:

• Pick up clients from home or care facilities in a timely manner
• Safely transport clients to medical appointments, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and timely arrival of passengers while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist clients with boarding, disembarking, and securing mobility aids (wheelchairs, walkers)
