PREMIUM LOAVES is actively seeking dedicated Delivery Drivers in West Milwaukee, WI. This role involves taking orders, delivering sandwiches, and ensuring customer satisfaction through courteous service.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. A sign-on bonus of $600 is available, contributing full-time employees towards additional benefits such as medical, dental, and retirement plans.

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Clean driving record required.

Job Location: West Milwaukee, WI 53214
Salary Range: $11.50 - $13.50 hourly

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Inshopper tasks while not on a delivery.
• Know your schedule, arrive on time or call your manager before your scheduled start time if you are going to be late.
• Takes phone orders and completes delivery tickets in a courteous and timely manner.
• Delivers sandwich orders to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner in the established delivery area only.
• Accepts payment from customers for orders and provides correct change without cash handling errors.
• Works with management at the end of the shift to reconcile cash from delivery sales, including accepting tips, DMR, and confirming miles driven for the shift based on the current systems in place.
• Fills out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times in compliance with Jimmy John's Dress Code.
• Displays a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Performs other related duties as requested.
• Displays a sense of urgency in all tasks.

Skills & Abilities

• Must be able to communicate, read, and write English fluently and clearly.
• Position requires bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, repetitive motions, cognitive skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and moving about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Sign‑On Bonus of $600, paid $100 each month while you’re in good standing and actively working.
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
