Responsibilities

• Deliver sandwiches to customers in designated delivery area, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Perform all in-shop tasks when not on a delivery.
• Know schedule and arrive on time; notify manager if late in advance.
• Take phone orders, complete delivery tickets promptly and courteously.
• Accept payments and provide correct change without errors.
• Reconcile cash at end of shift, including tips, DMR, and mileage.
• Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity.
• Maintain professional appearance in compliance with Jimmy John’s Dress Code.
• Display positive, enthusiastic approach to all assignments.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
• Maintain sense of urgency in all tasks.

Skills & Abilities

• Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, climb, perform repetitive motions, lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and move about the unit the entire workday.
• Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.

Pay & Incentives

• Sign‑On Bonus: $600 paid in increments of $100 each month while in good standing.
