Job summary

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and other Carroll stores. You will work with a team to ensure loads are accurate and delivered on time, and when not on the road you’ll assist with warehouse duties.

This role offers year-round employment with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on being home most nights and weekends. Previous knowledge of the building materials industry is helpful; a Class A CDL is required and a

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Knowledge of building materials industry beneficial.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug and physical testing.

Responsibilities

• Haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and Carroll stores.
• Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road.
• Ensure load accuracy and on-time delivery to multiple locations.
• Be home nightly and on weekends wherever possible.

Job description

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to our other Carroll stores. Our drivers play a key role in our day-to-day operations, working closely with others to ensure load accuracy and that products are delivered correctly and on time. When our drivers aren't on the road, they are still contributing by assisting with other duties as needed around the warehouse. With the variety of tasks they are offered, our drivers are assured year-round employment along with year-round benefits. Our drivers also enjoy their families as they are able to be home every night and on weekends.
