Job summary

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a CDL driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to our other Carroll stores. You will work closely with teammates to ensure loads are accurate and delivered on time, and when not on the road you’ll assist with warehouse duties.

Our drivers enjoy year-round employment with comprehensive benefits and the ability to be home every night and weekend with an employee-owned company that serves 35 locations across 15 states.

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL required.
• Clean driving record.
• Team-oriented with reliable work ethic.
• Willing to go the extra mile and adapt to duties.
• Must pass pre-employment drug and physical testing.
• Flatbed experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and other stores.
• Ensure loads are accurate and delivered on time.
• Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road.
• Contribute to year-round employment stability and safety practices.

Job description

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a CDL driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to our other Carroll stores. Our drivers play a big part in our day-to-day operations, as they work closely with others to ensure the accuracy of loads and that the product is delivered right and on time. When our drivers aren't on the road, they are still contributing by assisting with other duties as needed around the warehouse. With the variety of tasks they are offered, our drivers are assured year-round employment along with year-round benefits. Our drivers also enjoy their families as they are able to be home every night and weekend. Additional Requirements to be Considered:

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
• Flatbed Experience is helpful
