Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to other Carroll stores in Ottumwa, IA. Drivers work closely with teams to ensure loads are accurate and delivered on time, and assist with warehouse duties when not on the road.

Employees enjoy year-round employment and benefits, with family time at home each night and on weekends. Qualifications include a Class A CDL, clean driving record, and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Experience in building materials industry is beneficial
• Flatbed experience is helpful
• Class A CDL required
• Clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug and physical testing

Responsibilities

• Haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to other Carroll stores.
• Ensure loads are accurate and delivered on time.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed when not on the road.

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Class A CDL Driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to our other Carroll stores. Our drivers play a big part in our day-to-day operations, as they work heavily with others to ensure the accuracy of loads and delivery of product is done right and on time. When our drivers aren't on the road, they are still contributing by assisting with other duties as needed around the warehouse. With the variety of tasks they are offered, our drivers are assured year-round employment along with year-round benefits. Our drivers also enjoy their families, as they are able to be home every night and on weekends. Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company that has grown to over 35 locations spread across 14 states.
