PowerPak is seeking a Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our team in the Baltimore Metro area. The role involves delivering a wide range of items on established routes, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining accurate logs and safety standards.

A valid license and strong physical stamina are essential for daily responsibilities. We offer full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for career growth within our growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Delivery Driver.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lb repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items to addresses on assigned routes.
• Follow routes and time schedules.
• Load, unload, inspect and operate delivery vehicle.
• Collect payments and inform customers about products/services.
• Prepare logs and reports; maintain safety standards.
• Ensure pallets/orders are ready for dispatch and loading docks.

Driver & Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience

Full Time Position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM

At PowerPak we rely on a willing team to do whatever it takes to offer incredible service to our customers and complete deliveries in the Baltimore Metro area in a timely fashion. We're a fast-growing team looking for awesome people to join us that have a passion for helping customers!

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
• Complete logs and reports
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Where required, collect payments and inform customers about new products and services
• Pick parcel & pallet orders and prepare for dispatch
• Retrieve orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy
• Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks
• Wrap orders before loading on trucks
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

Skills

• High school diploma
• Able to read and write in English
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver, with at least 5 years of experience
• Valid professional driver’s license with a clear driving record, including no traffic violations
• Good physical strength and stamina. Must be able to lift 30lb - 50lb boxes frequently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
