Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment in Capitol Heights, MD is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to pick and pack orders, receive inventory, load deliveries, and ensure customers receive products accurately and on time.

This full-time role runs 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm, with hourly pay between $21 and $24, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) with company contribution.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a DOT drug screen and physical.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Load products and make customer deliveries using non-CDL vehicles.
• Use warehouse equipment and handheld scanners.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas safe and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
