Job summary

DiVal Safety Equipment in Capitol Heights, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join our team. The role involves picking, packing, receiving inventory, and delivering products to customers with non-CDL vehicles, using various trucks and cargo vans.

Full-time schedule is 7am – 4pm or 8am – 5pm, with hourly pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.00. The position emphasizes safety, dependability, and professional customer service as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Dependability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass a D.O.T. drug screen and physical.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse, forklift and RF scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Receive and stock inventory.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Load products and make customer deliveries using NON-CDL vehicles, flatbed trucks, stake bodies, and cargo van.
• Use warehouse equipment and handheld scanners.
• Keep the warehouse and work areas safe and organized.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
