Job summary

Service Partners is hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver / Warehouse in Los Angeles to safely deliver and unload finished products, parts and materials to customer locations. The role includes supporting warehouse tasks and selecting inventory as needed.

Expect early start times and a mix of driving and warehouse duties. Candidates must be 18+, have at least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience and a valid license with a clean DMV record.

• Minimum age 18.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001-26,000 lbs).
• Valid DMV record acceptable.
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload finished products to customer locations and assist in warehouse operations.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.
• Perform loading/unloading with physical activity up to 50 lbs and assist in receiving, storing, distributing inventory.

Assist in the Warehouse as needed to receive, store and distribute inventory.Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle locally.Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.Excellent customer service skills- our drivers are the most important ambassadors of our company and build relationships with our customers.Able to read, write and understand English Language, as well as use navigation software.Shift schedule varies anywhere from 5:30 am to 7:00 am start.Assist in the warehouse 20% of the time.Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.Your QualificationsMinimum of 18 years of age.If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.Minimum of 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001- 26,000 lbs vehicle).Acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle Record.Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as signed.THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITIONTravel RequirementsEighty (80%) percent of all work activities are performed inside the cab of the commercial vehicle. The remainder of work activities are performed outdoors.Physical RequirementsThis role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
