Job Description

This Operations Coordinator role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, customers, and internal leadership across the West Region.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, coordinating and assigning driver routes, supporting light dispatch operations, responding to and resolving customer inquiries received via email, and proactively addressing operational issues as they arise.

The position also provides administrative support to supervisors and managers, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance and communication standards for federally regulated drivers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced transportation and logistics environment.

Compensation

Pay Type: Weekly Hourly Pay: $26.00 Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM with flexibility to work additional hours or days if needed to support business needs

Summary

Under general supervision, the Operations Coordinator II performs clerical functions including receiving, classifying, reconciling, consolidating and summarizing of documents and information. Maintains records or logs. Verifies completion and accuracy of information. Sets up and maintains files and records.

Essential Functions Responsible for providing administrative support to the department: filing, opening mail, typing and answering phones Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
