On-site support: Hours on-site will need to vary occasionally (e.g., 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).
On-site support will occur at three locations: Primary: Big Box (693 North Hills Road). Secondary: YVO (1425 Eden Road). Tertiary: IC (275 Cross Farm Lane).
When not on-site, supervisor will need to provide on-call support: 1st shift shuttle runs from 5:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday with additional weekend work frequently scheduled.
Will regularly conduct ride-alongs with drivers.
Will actively monitor and audit driver activity through Radius and GeoTab as well as trip sheets.
9 months experience within the past 3 years, or 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, or 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years.
