Maverick Transportation is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the Student/Trainer program, ensuring efficiency, utilization and driver retention. Hours are 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with benefits including medical, dental, retirement, and paid vacation.

The role includes assigning students to trainers, arranging travel and lodging, maintaining training dashboards, and supporting department action plans to meet company goals. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 12–18 months related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Student/Trainer assignments: assign students to trainers weekly and coordinate travel and drop-off locations.
• Coordinating travel and lodging: secure rental cars, flights, and lodging for training locations.
• Maintaining dashboard and data: keep dashboard current with training data and expenses; monitor completion prior to final evaluation.
• Assign and manage inbound applicants for onsite hotel accommodations and assist in department action plans.
