Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions in Fort Lee, NJ is seeking an Instructor to deliver academic instruction in accordance with course material, POI, technical manuals, and student workbooks. You will prepare lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, outlines, and training material, and support both in-person and distance learning using Blackboard, MS Teams, and Mobile Training Teams.

Role includes classroom and hands-on performance tests, student critiques, and travel as part of the MTT.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering academic instruction aligned with course material.
• Ability to prepare lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, outlines, handouts and test material.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classrooms, training areas and materials to ensure class starts on time.
• Assist in developing training content and revisions to POIs, Lesson Plans and TSPs.
• Support in residence and distance learning via Blackboard, MS Teams and MTTs; prepare reports and grade records.
• Travel as a member of the MTT.
• All services performed IAW USATSCH SOP.
