Job summary

Topsarge Business Solutions is seeking an Assistant Instructor to deliver classroom and hands-on training aligned with course materials and SOPs. The role includes developing lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations, and training materials, as well as updating POIs and TSPs.

The instructor will support both in-person and distance learning using Blackboard, MS Teams, and Mobile Training Teams, and will prepare various reports and travel as part of MDTQCC activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic instruction in accordance with course material, POI, technical manuals, and student workbooks.
• Prepare classrooms, training areas and training materials to ensure the class starts on time, review lesson plans, and input student data into Blackboard.
• Support the MDTQCC in residence and distance learning via Blackboard, MS Teams and Mobile Training Teams (MTTs); prepare reports including class files, student files and grade reports.
• Travel as a member of the MTT and assist with maintenance of classrooms and training aids.
