Job summary

Schneider National in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Driver Training Assistant to support new students as they complete onboarding and train to become drivers. You will help resolve lodging and travel issues, handle payroll duties, and coordinate truck assignments.

You will facilitate orientation, keep the Operations Team informed on student progress, and ensure a smooth handoff after training. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Word, Outlook).
