Qualifications

• 1–3 years driving experience; route delivery preferred.
• Must hold CDL-A and DOT Health Card.
• Experience with fleet systems (PeopleNet) is a plus.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Train and re-train delivery drivers on duties and safety.
• Provide feedback to trainees and supervisors on performance.
• Conduct classroom and field training; use manuals and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Assist drivers to meet service times and delivery accuracy.
• Support onboarding of new hires and existing drivers.
