What You’ll Do

As a Driver Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced drivers to:

• Assist with product deliveries to retail and on-premise accounts
• Learn delivery routes, customer service skills, and safety procedures
• Train to earn yourClass-A CDLand become a full-time Route Driver
• Get a great workout while working in a fast-paced, physical environment

Pay & Progression

• $23/hourto start
• $24/hourwith CDL permit
• $25/hourwith Class-A CDL
• Earn up to$68,000/yearas a Route Driver after training!

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record (no DWI/OWI)
• Ability to pass:
  • Drug screen
  • Criminal background check
  • DOT physical
  • Essential functions screening
  • MVR review
• Ability to obtain aClass-A CDLandSalesman’s Permit
• Commitment to responsible alcohol handling and compliance with all laws

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding role. You must be able to:

• Lift up to160 lbsfrom ground level
• Push/pull up to2,100 lbswith a pallet jack
• Lift30 lbs overheadand climb in/out of trucks repeatedly
• Perform repetitive movements including bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing stairs or ramps
