Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a general backup to the Applicators to support agronomy operations in Frankfort, Indiana.

The role involves assisting with outbound/inbound products, operating tender trucks, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining equipment and facilities. You will coordinate daily activities with the location manager, maintain records per regulations, and assist during busy seasons with extended hours.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A/B preferred or the ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to service custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds (mowing, spraying weeds, snow removal).
• Prepare and maintain records per regulations and company procedures.
