Job summary

Keystone Cooperative in Bringhurst, LA, is seeking a versatile Backup Applicator assistant to support day‑to‑day farm operations. The role includes general lot maintenance, product receiving and delivery, grounds upkeep, and ensuring equipment compliance.

The successful candidate will operate tender trucks, assist Applicators, maintain records, and communicate daily activities to the location manager. CDL is preferred; strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, attention to detail.
• Must have a high sense of urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Strong customer service and team player attitude.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Territory/agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Hazmat endorsement is a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.

• Serve as a backup to Applicators.

Duties and Responsibilities
