Job summary

FirstLine Road Solutions in Sacramento, CA is seeking an Environmental Technician to join our hands-on team. You will operate equipment, engage with customers, and make quick decisions under pressure in real-world field settings.

Ideal candidates have the 40-Hr Hazwoper, First Aid, forklift, skid steer, ISNetWorld, fit testing, and California TIM training, with a proactive approach to safety and teamwork. You will maintain equipment, communicate with project managers, and support field tasks

Qualifications

• Hazwoper certification with CEU/recertification
• First Aid and знать CPR/First Aid basics
• California Traffic Incident Management (TIM) course
• ISNetWorld compliance and safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned equipment to the best of abilities and in compliance with company policies
• Maintain positive relationships with customers during tasks
• Interact positively with team members on incident scenes or tasks
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Leads, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain hygiene and appearance, clean clothes, etc.
• Assist with completion of maintenance
• Keep assigned unit and equipment clean, including trailers
• Utilize web and mobile applications for tasks
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor

We are looking for an Environmental Technician to join our growing team! Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate assigned equipment to best of abilities, knowledge, experience, and within compliance to company policies
• Maintain positive relationship with customers during assigned tasks
• Positive interactions with team members on an incident scene or task
• Proper communication with Project Managers, Leads, and cross-functional teams
• Maintain proper hygiene and appearance, clean clothes, etc.
• Assist with completion of maintenance
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned unit, including all equipment and trailers
• Ability to utilizing web and mobile applications
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements

• Must have and maintain 40-Hr Hazwoper Cert (including Continuing Education), First Aid, Forklift, Skid Steer, ISNetWorld, FitTesting, Environmental Awareness at all times
• California-specific: Traffic Incident Management (TIM) course
