Action Environmental is seeking motivated Field Technicians to perform industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites across diverse industries. You will operate vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems while following strict safety protocols.

This role requires physical endurance, willingness to travel and work long hours, and the ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to commute.
• On-call availability and willingness to travel when required.

Job Summary

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites
• Operate specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
• Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely
• Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment
• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
• Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, sometimes on short notice
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when required
• Ability to work in industrial environments with varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.) including atmospheres and locations with the potential for exposure to various chemical and physical agents, some of which may be hazardous, toxic, or corrosive
• Ability to engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting and pulling heavy objects up to 75lbs
• Ability to operate light and heavy equipment, handles various hand tools and powered industrial tools, works with vibration-producing tools
• Ability to work in potentially elevated noise levels, confined spaces, including lifting in areas of low clearance
• Ability to work at elevations including working from ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week

Required Qualifications

• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical
• Meet facial standards per OSHA's Respiratory Protection standard, 29 CFR 1910.34
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from work
• Reliable phone to respond quickly when on call
