Qualifications

• Commitment to safety culture for all team members.
• 1–2 years field experience around concrete, aggregates, or heavy civil construction.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong customer service and critical thinking skills.
• Valid driver's license and US work authorization; pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of drivers, including annual performance appraisals and training.
• Coordinate with Dispatch Supervisor on Teamster contract and out-of-town assignments.
• Observe field drivers to ensure timely deliveries and safe operation of equipment.
• Address delivery and driver complaints; monitor quality control.
• Ensure DOT compliance and assist with audits.
• Manage driver qualifications and schedules; support contract negotiations.
• Maintain regular attendance and promote inclusive work environment.
