Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Driver Supervisor to lead transportation operations for a major construction project supported by an onsite portable concrete plant. You will manage a team of professional drivers and a fleet of trucks to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time deliveries while meeting customer and project requirements.

Responsibilities include leading daily driver and fleet activities, coaching drivers, monitoring fleet readiness, and ensuring DOT compliance and safety

What You'll Be Doing
