Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a capable plant leader to direct a ready-mix plant, drive safety and quality, and ensure reliable service in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate schedules and equipment, and foster teamwork with employees and customers.

The role emphasizes coaching safety practices, continuous improvement, and strong decision-making while maintaining open lines of communication with internal partners.

What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated capability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.

Strong knowledge of ready mix operations, production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.

Ability to effectively prioritize work, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication and relationship-building skills with employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Proficiency with operational systems, reporting tools, and continuous improvement practices.

Work is performed in a ready mix plant environment with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and vibration.

Requires the ability to inspect plant facilities, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials.

Schedule flexibility may be required to support operational and customer needs.

$75,000-$80,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
