C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is hiring a Driver / Shop Support to transport equipment to job sites and support daily shop and warehouse operations. The role contributes to keeping the shop organized, safe, and efficient.

The candidate will operate company vehicles, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain inventory and tool logs while supporting service and aftermarket teams. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain professional attitude and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop and warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for jobs.
• Pull parts and materials based on service team directions.
• Stock and restock inventory as needed.
• Inspect tools and equipment returned from jobs for safety and operation.
• Maintain tool sign-in/sign-out logs.
• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of company vehicles and recordkeeping.
• Support building and grounds maintenance to keep facilities presentable.
• Assist Aftermarket Support / Parts Department as needed.

C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a Driver / Shop Support team member to join our growing operation. We specialize in power plants, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites while also supporting daily shop and warehouse operations. The right person will help keep our shop running efficiently, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities
