C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver / Shop Support to join our growing team. You will transport equipment and materials to job sites while also supporting daily shop and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will help keep the shop organized and safe, and assist with loading, unloading, and inventory tasks as needed.

• Valid CDL (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

CDL Driver / Shop Support

C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver / Shop Support team member to join our growing operation. We specialize in power plants, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment for various applications. C&C Boiler provides new product sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

We provide sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training across Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to job sites while also supporting daily shop and warehouse operations. The right person will help keep our shop running efficiently, organized, and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop and warehouse environment
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for jobs
• Pull parts and materials based on direction from the service team
• Stock and restock inventory as needed
• Inspect tools and equipment returned from jobs to ensure they are safe and operational
• Maintain tool and equipment sign-in/sign-out logs
• Assist with routine maintenance and basic upkeep of company vehicles, including recordkeeping
• Support building and grounds maintenance to keep facilities presentable
• Assist the Aftermarket Support / Parts Department as needed

Job Benefits

• Salary Range: $35+/hour DOE
• 401(k) Plan with 100% vested, 4% Safe Harbor Match: First 3% of deferral matched 100% and the second 2% of deferral is matched at 50% for a total available match of 4%
