Job summary

C&C Boiler Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver / Shop Support to join our growing operation.

This role transports equipment and materials to job sites and supports daily shop and warehouse activities to keep operations safe, organized, and efficient. The successful candidate will have a valid CDL, a clean driving record, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver equipment, tools, and materials to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and profesional shop and warehouse environment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials for jobs.
• Pull parts and materials based on direction from the service team.
• Stock and restock inventory as needed.
• Inspect tools and equipment returned from jobs to ensure they are safe and operational.
• Maintain tool and equipment sign-in/sign-out logs.
• Assist with routine maintenance and basic upkeep of company vehicles, including recordkeeping.
• Support building and grounds maintenance to keep facilities presentable.
• Assist the Aftermarket Support / Parts Department as needed.
