Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years as a Trainer in school bus transportation industry desired.
• Must complete state certification program or Durham's Training Academy for school bus driver instructor.
• SBDI certification required and Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement training programs for transportation personnel.
• Supervise driver trainers and set objectives and standards.
• Recruit and train new School Bus Drivers.
