This role requires knowledge of the motor carrier industry, recruiting practices, and solid Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in driver recruitment or transportation recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top driver talent to the fleet.
• Conduct daily recruiting activities to source new driver talent.
• Screen candidates after applications are completed and move them through onboarding.
• Schedule pre-employment drug screens, physicals, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate with departments and applicants during onboarding.
• Ensure DOT compliance through proper documentation and processes.
