STG Logistics in Dublin, OH is seeking an Associate Specialist, Driver Recruiting to support a DOT-compliant new driver orientation and onboarding program. You will screen DOT-related applications, coordinate drug tests, and collaborate with Recruiters to ensure a smooth processing-to-onboarding flow.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem-solving and strong communication within a team, with standard Monday–Friday hours and a professional office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to balance big picture and specifics.

Responsabilités

• Screen driver applications for DOT-related information (MVRs, DAC, verifications, background checks).
• Schedule drug tests for applicants.
• Coordinate with Recruiters to ensure smooth onboarding from processing to placement.
• Document collection and plate orders.
