You'll source both company drivers and independent contractors, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure documentation is complete for leasing. A degree is preferred but not required; 2+ years in recruitment is ideal.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Two years of professional experience in recruitment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Recruiting Management System.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit company drivers and independent contractors.
• Follow up with leads and applicants within 24 hours by phone, text, or email.
• Maintain industry connections and monitor compensation trends.
• Manage pipelines for independent contractors and lease purchase owner-operators.
• Collect business and truck documents to qualify applicants for leasing.
