The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with a pay range of $60,000–$70,000 per year, dependent on experience, and in-person work at our Arkansas location.

• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Driver Recruiters and a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Monitor weekly, monthly, and annual hiring goals and recruiter activity.
• Manage recruiting pipelines and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
• Identify high-potential employees and plan succession.
• Partner with other departments to improve hiring processes and objectives.
• Maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
