Job summary

Paper Transport in De Pere, WI, is hiring a Driver Recruiter to identify and hire qualified drivers to support recruiting goals and business growth. The role offers a base salary with uncapped monthly commission and incentives, with on-site work at the corporate office in De Pere, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include informing candidates about positions, meeting recruiting metrics, building a candidate pipeline, and traveling to schools and events to engage driver candidates.

Qualifications

• A minimum of an Associate's degree in Business or a related field required.
• Two years of experience in sales or recruiting preferred.
• One or more years transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide candidates with detailed information about the Company’s open positions and job expectations.
• Accountable for meeting key metrics within the recruiting area to include meeting call targets, converting applicants to employees, and establishing a pipeline for future demands.
• Understand the recruiting needs and demands of PTI’s internal customers.
• Responsible for understanding our operations, to attract drivers for current and future openings.
• Create meaningful relationships with potential candidates and align the Company’s needs with the driver’s needs.
• Have persistence and a sense of urgency to continue to meet and exceed goals
• Travel to CDL truck driving schools, career fairs, and industry events to actively recruit, interview, and engage prospective driver candidates.
