Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruiter:

• Strategy Development : Develop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention.
• Goal Setting : Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation.
• Campaign Design : Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans.
• Candidate Response : Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism.
• Session Organization : Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs).
• Application Process : Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles.
• Applicant Tracking : Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records.
• Report Generation : Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends.
• Support : Support the Retention Manager as needed.
• Relationship Building : Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff.
• Positive Environment : Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards.
• Additional Tasks : Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
